The County will be running an introductory pool Open Water session at Flitwick Leisure Centre on Saturday 24th May . The session will start with a presentation about Open Water swimming from 5.15 – 6.15 and then 6.30-7.30 in the pool to practice Open Water skills.
The cost of the session is £10 / swimmer, as this is an introductory session it is aimed at swimmers aged 11-13 who have no or little experience of Open Water swimming.
